Biography

M. Patricia Anthony obtained her education and clinical experience in all specialties at St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, Illinois. RN licensure was granted by the Department of Registration-Education, State of Illinois. Further license was granted in eleven states for professional nurse practice. Advanced specialized education and clinical experience with graduation from Nazareth School of Anesthesia in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, led to national certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.

Educational certificates were granted through participation in NC Industrial Commission Safety Conferences with emphasis on workers' compensation rehabilitation and Insurance Systems of North Carolina.

Ms. Anthony's previous professional experience included In-Patient nurse case management in the units of Orthopaedics, Medical-Surgical , Neurosurgical, Internal Medicine, Emergency, Surgery, Physicians Office Medical Practice, Long Term Care. In the specialty of elective and emergency surgery clinical experience included team responsibility for management of patient care during surgical procedures in all specialities at Good Samaritan Medical Center, Sufren, New York.

Ms. Anthony practiced as a registered nurse anesthetist providing services to Mercy Anesthesia Associates Inc., Mercy Medical Center, Springfield, Massachusetts; Anesthesia Associates, Wood County Hospital in Bowling Green, Ohio; Bedford Community Hospital, Bedford,Ohio; Mercy Medical Center, Toledo, Ohio; St. John Community Hospital, St. John, Michigan.

Extensive healthcare experience, case management and rehabilitation consultation with medical and insurance providers led to the establishment of Anthony & Associates offering Consultants, Case Management, Insurance Case Review and Coordination of Medical & Rehabilitation Services. Practice expanded to include Medical-Legal Consulting Services.

Case Management and Rehabilitation Plans are provided to private rehabilitation companies and the claims Insurance Industry. Services have been provided to Nationwide Insurance Company, Amerisure, Hanover Insurance, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Prudential Insurance Company, the Atlantic Companies, American International Adjusters Corp., Corporate Services Inc. for Wal-Mart Inc. Argonaut Insurance Company, CNA.
